a warm and welcoming stay with lovely staff and free delicious breakfast!

An elegant and refined hotel.

I loved my stay here. the cozy room was perfect after a long day exploring, and having breakfast delivered was such a treat! The spa services were top-notch, and I really enjoyed the live jazz music in the restaurant. The only downside was some noise from the parking area, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The stay was memorable with a beautiful room featuring rose petals and a wonderful view. The staff was exceptionally friendly, assisting with our luggage and making us feel special. Room service breakfast was delightful, though the cost seemed a bit high for the portion sizes. The atmosphere was elegant, yet the restaurant prices were on the expensive side for families.

The hotel had a jazz club downstairs for evening entertainment, and our king size bed was super comfy with soft sheets. The deep soaking tub was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the parking was super easy and efficient.

The historic design makes you feel like you've stepped into a timeless paradise. Proximity to the Country Club Plaza lends a vibrant energy with plenty of dining and shopping options just a short walk away.

The back rooms lack the scenic views that those facing the Plaza enjoy, making you feel a bit short-changed if you value a good sight. No one likes being jolted awake by the loud engines of cars coming and going from the back parking lot. those sounds can definitely interrupt your peace. Also, the daily parking fee can hit you like a rogue blaster, especially if you're caught off guard by the added expense at checkout.

i recently stayed in kansas city and the autographs exceeded my expectations. the king room with a plaza view was beautifully equipped. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. i especially enjoyed the excellent food experience at the bar with live music, it truly made the stay memorable.

the coffee machine didn’t work properly.

The stay was wonderful. The suite featured a deep soaking tub, perfect for relaxation. Staff service was exceptional and very attentive. Breakfast delivery was timely and delicious. I loved the jazz entertainment in the evenings. 🎶

The Raphael Hotel's intimate lobby, adorned with an ornate gold-leaf ceiling and travertine marble flooring, felt welcoming and regally elegant, making our stay a delightful experience as we navigated the spaces comfortably and with ease.

More accessible seating options would enhance comfort.

Charming Stay with Excellent Service

Our stay was delightful, with a charming room that provided stunning views of the Plaza. The staff greeted us warmly and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, even surprising us with birthday treats which made the occasion special. The food at Chaz was exceptional, especially the breakfast with its variety of delicious options. However, while the lobby is beautifully adorned, it could perhaps benefit from more seating.

The lobby's ornate gold-leaf ceiling and marble flooring felt regal, making me feel like I had stepped into a palace from the 1920s. It was lovely to navigate the common areas with ease, all very accessible and welcoming.

A few more accessible seating options would help.
